Meet Guest List, our newest module

Today we are adding a new module to Listub: Guest List. One room is one occasion - a birthday, a wedding, a dinner with friends - with its date, time, place and a header image. And it is free for everyone.

Invite your guests

Add guests by hand or invite them by email. Guests who already use Listub also get the invitation right in the app.

Every answer at once

• Each guest answers Yes, Maybe or No - for themselves and for each person they bring.
• Guests pick their meals from your menu and can leave you a message.
• You see every answer at once: who is coming, how many of you there will be and what everyone would like to eat.
• Set a guest limit that is never exceeded, and a date to reply by.

Tables and seats

Seat your guests by table or by seat. Everyone sees their own table and seat, so nobody has to ask on the day.

Gifts, the venue and the kitchen

• Link a gift list from a Wishlist Box, and guests reserve a gift with one tap.
• Print or share the list for the venue or the kitchen.

More with Premium and Family

Everything above is free. On Basic you can send up to 15 email invitations per occasion. Premium and Family add:

• Up to 1,000 email invitations.
• Automatic reminders.
• Messages to all your guests at once.
• Answers that close by themselves after the reply-by date or when the occasion is full.
• An extra question of your own.
• Emails that tell each guest their seat.
• A designed printout of your list.
