Listub works as an all-in-one calendar app for the things you already keep in it. Save a date in any room and it shows up here by itself, in that room’s colour.

Rooms without dates, like Shopping List, Wishlist Box, Note Base, Magnet Notes and Emergency Contacts, stay off the calendar.

Every room with dates has a Show in calendar switch. Turn one off and its dates leave the calendar, while the room itself stays exactly as it is.

Questions about the calendar

Is it a free calendar app?

Yes. The calendar, your own events and invites are part of the free plan. Premium adds sharing your own rooms, more devices and file uploads.

Does it work on both iPhone and Android?

Yes. Whether you want a shared calendar app iPhone users can open or a shared calendar app Android phones run, it is the same Listub on iPhone, iPad, Android and Mac, with the same dates on every screen.

Can I invite people who do not use Listub?

Yes. Type their e-mail address and they get an e-mail invitation; once they install Listub, the event appears in their calendar when they accept. People already on Listub are invited from your friends list.

Do I have to add my dates twice?

No. Anything you save with a date in a room, like a task deadline, a trip or a renewal, appears on the calendar by itself.

Can two people share one calendar?

Yes. Everyone in a shared room sees its dates on their own calendar. Sharing your own rooms is part of Premium; joining a room someone shares with you is free.

Can I hide a room from the calendar?

Yes. Every room with dates has a Show in calendar switch, and a hidden room stays exactly as it is in Rooms.

Does it write into my phone’s own calendar?

Only when you ask. Listub never copies your plans into your phone’s calendar by itself: open an entry and tap Add to calendar to hand over just that one. Recent versions can also show your phone’s own events in grey next to your Listub plans, read-only, with nothing copied or uploaded.

Does it work offline?

Yes. The calendar opens without a connection, and anything you change syncs when you are back online.
