ListubWorkout DeckNew

A workout planner app that knows what today is.

Workout Deck is the newest module in Listub: a weekly workout plan you set up once. Every workout repeats on its days, today’s list is waiting when you open it, and you tick each one off as you go.

Early access: Premium and Family first. See plans

Plan the week once. It comes back by itself.

Pick the days, and a workout repeats every week, every two weeks or every four, or happens just once. That makes it a workout schedule app without the busywork: the week strip shows a dot for every workout and fills it in when it is done.

Away for a week or nursing an injury? Remove days for a while, or move one workout to another day; the other weeks stay as they are.

Every exercise counts the way it should.

A gym workout planner needs sets, reps and weights; a run needs minutes and kilometres; a plank needs seconds. Each exercise in Workout Deck has its own kind with its own numbers, so one workout routine planner covers the barbell, the pool and the living room floor.

  • StrengthBack squat4 × 6 · 80 kg
  • CardioEasy run30 min · 5 km
  • HoldPlank3 × 45 s
  • RoundsBag work5 rounds × 3 min
  • SwimFreestyle1,000 m · 35 min
  • SkillHandstand practice15 min

Names are suggested as you type, and every exercise can carry pictures and video links, so a home workout planner shows how a move is done right where you need it.

The timer is already in the workout.

Open a workout and every exercise shows its numbers and a timer next to it: the rest between sets, the seconds of a hold, the minutes of a round. Tap to start, tap to pause. No second app on the bench.

Week, month or the whole grid.

See one day at a time with its total minutes, the month with a dot for every workout, or the week’s days side by side. It is the exercise planner app view you need, a tap away.

A shared workout plan, ticked off by each of you.

Share the room with a partner, a friend or the family and everyone sees the same plan. Assign a workout to the people doing it; when someone ticks it off, it is done for them, not for everyone, so the room works as a workout tracker app for each of you.

  • Everyone ticks their own workouts
  • Assign a workout to who is doing it
  • Changes show up for everyone at once
New

New, and early access for now.

Workout Deck is the first module that comes to Premium and Family first. On Basic you can see it in the list of modules; it may come to Basic later. As a fitness planner app it is still growing, and Premium and Family get each new piece of it first.

Questions, answered.

Is Workout Deck free?

Not for now. Workout Deck is in early access: Premium and Family members get it first. It may come to the free plan later, but that isn’t promised. All the other modules stay free.

Can I plan a weekly workout plan for home and the gym?

Yes. Make one workout per day type, like Leg day or Stretch and mobility, pick its days, and add any exercise: with weights at the gym, or with no equipment at home using holds and rounds.

Does it track weights, reps and progress?

Each exercise keeps its numbers: sets, reps and kilograms, minutes and kilometres, seconds or rounds. You tick each workout off on its day, and the week and month show what you did. There are no progress charts.

Does it connect to Apple Health or Google Fit?

No. Workout Deck is a planner you fill in yourself; it doesn’t read steps, heart rate or workouts from a watch.

Can my partner and I share a workout plan?

Yes. Share the room and both of you see the same plan; each of you ticks off your own workouts. Inviting people into your own rooms needs Premium or Family.

Does it work offline?

Yes. Your plan opens without a signal at the gym, and ticks sync when you are back online.

Which devices does it run on?

Every device Listub runs on: iPhone, iPad, Android, Mac and the web app, with the same plan everywhere.
