Digital invitations with an online RSVP link for every guest.

Invite people by email and each guest gets a link of their own. It opens your occasion in any browser with the date, the time, the place on a map and your header picture, and they reply right there for themselves and everyone they bring, with meals and a message. The same link lets them change their reply later, and friends who use Listub also find the invitation in the app, with a push notification.

It opens in any browser on any phone, so it is a party invitation app for every guest, whatever phone they carry.

  • A personal link for every guest
  • Yes, Maybe or No for each person
  • Every answer lands in your list

A gift list on every invitation.

Link a Wishlist Box to the occasion and the gift list shows up on each guest’s invitation. Guests reserve a gift with one tap, their name is already filled in, and everyone else sees it as reserved, so each gift arrives once.

  • Reserve with one tap
  • Reserved by you, on their own invitation
  • Each gift arrives once

An RSVP tracker that counts every person who comes.

Every guest answers for themselves and for each person they bring, so a no from one of them frees that place. Set a guest limit and Listub keeps to it: once every place is taken, the next yes waits. A reply-by date, reminders and the counts on top show who still has to answer.

Questions, answered.

Is the Guest List app free?

Yes. Guest List is free for everyone, with up to 15 email invitations per occasion on Basic. Premium raises that to up to 1,000 and adds automatic reminders, messages to guests, the extra question, seat emails, closing the answers and the designed printout.

How does online RSVP work for my guests?

Every guest you invite by email gets a personal link. It opens the invitation in any browser, and they answer Yes, Maybe or No for themselves and each person they bring, pick their meals and leave a message. The same link lets them change their answer.

Can I plan plus-ones, groups and tables for a wedding?

Yes. For each guest, choose just the guest, up to a number they fill in, or the people you name. Put guests in groups, like the bride’s or the groom’s side, then switch on tables and seats and seat everyone by table or by seat.

Where do guests who use Listub see their invitation?

In the app as well as in the browser: the invitation arrives with a push notification, and their seat and every change show up there too.

Can I add guests by hand?

Yes. Add anyone by hand and set their answer yourself, and invite the others by email. Everyone counts toward the same places, meals and tables.

What happens when the date or the place changes?

Save the new date, time or place and choose to tell your guests: everyone you invited by email gets an email, and their invitation shows the new details.

Which devices does it run on?

Every device Listub runs on: iPhone, iPad, Android, Mac, Windows and the web app, with the same list everywhere. Your guests answer in any browser.
