From idea to first experiments

With a small team in place, the real work is under way. We're sketching, prototyping and testing early concepts, trying to learn what a shared, all-in-one organizer should actually feel like in the hand.

Plenty of ideas aren't surviving contact with reality - and that's the point. Watching how people really organize their lives is pointing us to better directions than we could have planned on paper. These messy first experiments are teaching us the discipline we need.
